adjunto
Readiness evidence

Deterministic readiness, measured in the open.

Models extract and draft. Adjunto's deterministic contract decides whether a packet is blocked, needs review, or is broker-ready. The benchmark reports all three denominators and fails on any state mismatch.

Current public benchmark
  • N = 42 packets
  • Expected states = 28 blocked · 7 needs review · 7 broker-ready
  • Exact state matches = 42/42
  • False greens = 0/35
  • False reds = 0/7
  • True-ready recognition = 7/7
Scope boundary

These readiness cases use public, pre-extracted text fixtures. They do not prove production OCR, live Supabase, live Stripe, or every real attachment format. Supported-byte extraction and browser gates are measured separately.

What the contract enforces
  • Required evidence and unresolved intake failures block readiness
  • Latest Truth stays pending until its source and human disposition are explicit
  • Open items retain an owner, next action, and append-only evidence
  • Nothing sends automatically; copy and handoff confirmation are separate events
